Counter sales of air tickets which include closed Pigeon, Malaysia Airlines, and Batavia Airlines. The counters are open serving ticket refunds from prospective passengers including Garuda, Air Asia, Expressair, Sriwijaya, Lion Air, Air Wing, and Mandala.
In the booth Garuda posted an announcement of "All Flight Cancelled". The same is also contained in the counter Batavia who put the words "Not Serve and Go flights from Yogyakarta to November 9."
